Our refund policy for the SaaS platform is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our service. To qualify for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

The request for a refund must be made within 14 days of making the initial subscription payment.

1. A 3-day trial period is provided to evaluate the platform comprehensively. If a subscription payment is made following this trial, and no products have been generated during the subsequent period within the 14-day post-payment window, a refund may be requested. Please note that the generation of any product post-trial disqualifies the user from receiving a refund, as the trial period is intended to offer sufficient time to assess the platform's fit for your needs.

2. Upon meeting these conditions, a refund request can be initiated. The processing time for refunds usually ranges from 1-2 business days, but in some instances, it could take up to five business days. Once processed, the refund amount will be credited back to your card. The duration for the credited amount to appear in your card account may vary, depending on your card provider's policies.

We urge our customers to fully utilize the trial period to determine whether our platform meets their needs, as our post-trial refund policy is strictly enforced to ensure fairness and clarity in our service agreement.
